The two 26-story towers are the TALLEST residential development in Orange County! Dick Nigra Inspections provided Inspection and Testing on the two towers for three years.  The project also showcased our certified on-site testing lab which provided the job with fast and accurate results for quick turn around time on stressing decks.  The towers are constructed above a 3-story underground parking structure.  Skyline will offer floor-plans which range from 1,018 - 2,800 Sq. ft.
